The Leader-Reader Workshop helps develop confidence in Great Books discussions. We'll spend the day (9:30-4:00) demonstrating, discussing and practicing techniques for effectively leading and participating in discussions. After some morning refreshment, we'll trade tips on having good discussions and what can get in the way of them. After lunch (provided), we'll practice our technique in mini-discussions and talk about what worked. Experience the power of the shared inquiry method! This workshop is offered annually by the Great Books Council of San Francisco, and is for all levels of leaders and readers. There is a small charge to cover expenses, a break-even fee.
The next Leader/Reader Workshop will be in February or March, 2019.
For further information and to register for the event, please check back on this site closer to that date.
